Very focused customer service by Sophie, nothing as too much trouble. The car we chose was in lovely order even before preparation. The hand over was simple and we drove away smiling. I hope they choose to retail my part exchange vehicle as it was a great car but no longer suited my needs. The Land Rover we have purchased will be the perfect choice.

Will what can I say, I've had some bad experiences with buying cars and was apprehensive about spending what I consider a fair bit on a car. My other issue is I couldn't view in person due to the distance, however Charles had my dream car. After speaking to him he went into detail about the car, I explained that I would have issues getting to view the car in person, so he then offered to bring the car to me all in the deal. Car arrived just as described and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I will most certainly be using him again in the future. Thank you once again.

Buying a car is always a risky experience, however, finding a trustworthy car dealer on my doorstep was a rare find! Everyone these days seems to just be out to make a 'quick buck' and don't seem to realise that playing the long game in looking after customers gets you the repeat custom in the end! The whole process from enquiry to collection was perfect, smooth and efficient. Charles was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and answered all questions swiftly. Full video walk around of the car was provided along with plenty of pictures to make sure I was happy before taking the trip to get the car. All defects/ slight imperfections was discussed and I am happy with the outcome and price we agreed on. While Charles was not in the office I had the pleasure of collecting the car from Sophie who was also very nice to deal with. Answering any queries and responding very quick. This is the second car I have purchased from Nicolas Charles and I live 113 miles away in London. If I can get half the service in London I would not have to travel this far. Nicolas Charles Cars service is truly amazing. The only complaint I will add is that you may go to look at a car you have seen on Autotrader and because of their variety of beautiful cars, you may leave with something else. When I decide to upgrade my car it's no brainer to look here first before anywhere else.
