Better than 10 out of 10 Service
This is the second car I have purchased from Nicolas Charles and I live 113 miles away in London. If I can get half the service in London I would not have to travel this far. Nicolas Charles Cars service is truly amazing. The only complaint I will add is that you may go to look at a car you have seen on Autotrader and because of their variety of beautiful cars, you may leave with something else. When I decide to upgrade my car it's no brainer to look here first before anywhere else.

The whole process from enquiry to collection was perfect, smooth and efficient. Charles was a pleasure to talk to over the phone and answered all questions swiftly. Full video walk around of the car was provided along with plenty of pictures to make sure I was happy before taking the trip to get the car. All defects/ slight imperfections was discussed and I am happy with the outcome and price we agreed on. While Charles was not in the office I had the pleasure of collecting the car from Sophie who was also very nice to deal with. Answering any queries and responding very quick. From having previously bad experiences with pushy salespeople and bad garages it was a joy to have an easy process I would recommend this company to purchase a car through and you’re in safe hands

Myself&my partner arrive to have a look at one of their cars for sale must say only (looking) asked Charles a few questions he threw me the key&said take it out.
